30% of estimated billing is payable as advance for booking confirmation.

2

Advance is non-refundable irrespective of cancellation timing.

Outside decorators are not allowed.

4

Full payment is to be made in the prior week of the event day.

5

Delay beyond the prescribed time is charged at ₹10,000 per hour.

Extra hall charges apply for late-night marriages on an hourly basis.

Bookings are for a minimum of 500 people.

Property damage during the event will be charged to the customer.

Final bill should be paid immediately after the function.

Additional rooms are charged at ₹3,500 per room.

GST @ 18% is applicable.

10% of food preparation is kept ready above the guaranteed pax.

Sounds & music are allowed until 11:00 PM only.

Morning slot: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. Evening slot: 5:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Extra plates, if required, are charged extra as per plate.

Welcome drinks/starters are served on rotation basis for 90 minutes from starting time.
